Jacqueline Frost - CEO & Founder
Jacqueline has 30+ years of investment banking and entrepreneurial experience. In her time in banking, she ran the Derivative Sales group as well as serving on the Executive Committee.
In 2009, given this experience of demanding roles in high pressured environments, she began coaching and mentoring senior executives, sharing practical strategies for success. It became apparent that if talented individuals had access to learn these skills and insights earlier in their careers, it would significantly enhance their ability to lead, contribute, and be heard—while also positively impacting other areas of their lives.
This raised an important question: how could these tools be shared more widely across organisations, industries, and geographies to support the next generation of leaders?
The answer was Elevate. Founded in 2016, the programme has since supported over 12,000 participants in developing their leadership capability.
She is a mother of two — one just starting their career and the other enjoying post-university backpacking. She is a keen traveller, recently adding Namibia and Costa Rica to her list of countries visited. Outside of work, she enjoys Pilates, skiing and quiet weekends reading.
