You wanted to apply the tips, tricks and strategies shared in the monthly sessions to your real-life situations, and you wanted to discuss with others how to do this. You made the Elevate Ambassador Programme happen – well done!

What is an Elevate Ambassador and what do they do?

Act as an advocate for their companies and help shape the Elevate programme for future delegates:

At Elevate we always listen to feedback from our delegates. Elevate Ambassadors are in a great position to hear your feedback and to share this with us. They are also in a great position to share what their companies need and how we can help with this.

Run monthly Action Calls:

Ambassadors play a pivotal role by putting into practice what they have learnt through the EPIC Formula® (Exposure, Performance, Impact, Conscious). They do this by running monthly Action Calls with their group of delegates, diving deeper into the Elevate sessions. Encouraging each group member to share their experiences, thoughts and ideas.

Forge stronger connections between Elevate members across regions and companies:

We have had many requests for an Elevate network of amazing, talented women. The Ambassadors facilitate this network across the globe. As part of the role, they are involved in discussions on ways to bring the Elevate delegates closer together and develop a truly global community.

Why should I join the Action Calls?

Smaller groups with the camera on:

For those of you who would like the equivalent of breakout rooms, where you get to discuss the monthly sessions in smaller groups with your camera on, these calls are for you! Also, you can get to know each other and have a more personalised experience.

Putting theory into practice:

The monthly Action Calls are a great opportunity to explore the topics discussed in the sessions. To share real-life experiences and situations where you and others in your group are applying the tips, tricks and strategies shared during the sessions, or gaining insights into where these could be applied.

Expand your network:

Elevate is a global community with delegates attending from 50+ countries across multiple companies. You get to tap into this, to network with women in different countries across multiple companies.

Boost your language skills:

Many of our Ambassadors are from outside the UK, so if English isn’t your first language you may find you are in a group where multiple languages are spoken, or you have the opportunity of speaking English at a pace that suits you.

How do I join the Action Calls?

At the start of your membership, you will be asked if you would like to join the Action Calls. You will also be asked at the end of some of the webinars.
