EPIC Results: Insights from the Elevate EPIC Self-Assessment Quiz
At Elevate, we are committed to developing the next generation of inclusive leaders. Our mission is simple: equip the whole pipeline early in their careers with the mindset and tools to lead with clarity and impact.
Since 2016, more than 10,000 participants have joined our virtual leadership programme, originally designed for emerging female talent. Central to this journey is the EPIC Career Self-Assessment Quiz, which evaluates progress across four critical leadership areas: Exposure, Performance, Impact, and Conscious.
In September 2022, we launched this quiz to help participants reflect on their career readiness. The quiz, taken at both the start and end of the programme, asks key questions aligned with the EPIC pillars. Responses are rated on a scale from Stationary to Star, revealing a clear progression over 12 months.
Key Insights from the Quiz:
Exposure – Are participants building relationships with the right people to support their growth?
Performance – Do they understand what excellence looks like in their role and deliver it consistently?
Impact – Are they seen, heard, and recognised for their contributions?
Conscious – Do they make intentional choices that align with their goals and values?
The data shows strong improvements across all four areas, demonstrating that even short, focused monthly sessions can lead to meaningful development. For organisations, this represents a scalable, high-impact solution for cultivating future leaders.
