Elevate 2026 - A year-long leadership programme to accelerate your career

Build the clarity, confidence and influence needed to progress and perform at your best

Elevate is a virtual leadership development programme for emerging and future leaders who want to accelerate their impact, build clarity and confidence, and navigate the unwritten rules of working life more intentionally.

For over a decade, Elevate has supported emerging and future leaders to grow with confidence and impact.

What is Elevate?

Elevate is a year-long, virtual leadership development programme designed to support emerging and future leaders as they grow into greater responsibility, influence and impact.

It focuses on the areas that most shape progression but are rarely made explicit – visibility, influence, confidence, judgement, and how to navigate complex organisational dynamics.

Rather than delivering abstract theory, Elevate combines practical insight, reflection and real-world application to help participants translate learning directly into how they lead and show up at work.

How it works

  • 12 live, expert-led virtual sessions (60 minutes each)
  • One session, delivered in webinar format, per month over 12 months
  • Each session is available to replay for 14 days afterwards, so you can catch up or revisit anything you missed
  • Practical theory sheets and reflection prompts after each session
  • Designed to fit around busy roles, not disrupt them
  • Total time commitment is typically no more than two hours per month, including the live session and any optional reflection

Sessions are interactive, thoughtful and grounded in the realities of modern leadership – giving you space to think, test, reflect and adjust as you go.

Who it's for

Elevate is designed for people who want to grow their leadership – wherever they are in their career.

This includes:
  • Early-career professionals who want to build strong foundations and get ahead with confidence
  • Individual contributors who want to strengthen their business skills and learn to lead without a formal title
  • Mid-level leaders and managers who are stepping into greater responsibility and want to increase their impact
  • Senior leaders who value reflection, structure and ongoing development – for themselves and for those they support

What they tend to have in common is that they are:
  • navigating increasing complexity or influence
  • ambitious, reflective and motivated to grow
  • looking for clarity about how to progress well
  • ready to take ownership of their development

You don’t need a particular title – just a desire to be more intentional in your career.
